Books purchased through third-party platforms — such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, iBooks, Kobo, Target, Walmart, BAM!, or Hudson Booksellers — are subject to the refund and return policies of the respective retailer.

3. Direct Purchases (Physical Books)
If you purchased a physical book directly through this website:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Books must be returned in their original, unread condition with all original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
4. Digital Books (E-books)
Due to the nature of digital products, e-books are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed. If you experience a technical issue with a digital purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will do our best to resolve it.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the order with:
- Your order reference number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the damage or incorrect item
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Cancellations
